Soothing shampoo bar is a fusion of the moisturising richness of olive oil and coconut oil with the natural and soothing and cooling properties of aloe vera, oatmeal and turmeric. The relaxing effects of essential oil of cinnamon adds fragrance.

Instructions

  • Wet the coat all over and rub the soap bar directly onto the coat to create a rich lather.
  • Work the soap into the coat, massaging well to penetrate the deeper layer of the coat.
  • Wait 5-10 minutes to enhance the soap’s soothing effects, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  • May be used daily.

Cautions: For topical use only. Store at room temperature. Avoid contact with eyes and mucus membranes. If irritation occurs rinse immediately with clean warm water. When using on animals with sensitive skin always test a small area of the skin with diluted shampoo bar first.  

Ingredients

  • Aloe vera extracted from the cactus of the same name is recognised by many as a super ingredient in skin care products. It is rich in Vitamin A, C, E and B12. It is hydrating, soothing and cooling and an invaluable ingredient in any product for dogs prone to itchy dry skin problems.
  • Oatmeal (1%) has moisturising, soothing, conditioning, and nourishing qualities. Its non-irritating properties make it hypoallergenic and is suitable for all skin types. It helps to keep skin hydrated by forming an occlusive layer on the surface to reduce water loss and improve skin dryness. Its naturally occurring saponins provide gentle exfoliation.
  • Turmeric contains curcumin a potent anti-oxidant that helps boost the skin own defence mechanisms. It is also recognised for its gentle exfoliating properties as well as being shown to enhance the formation of healthy hair with increased condition and lustre.
  • Cinnamon has anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and antioxidant qualities. It is a gentle exfoliator with soothing properties. It helps promote strong, shiny soft hair. The aromatic scent of cinnamon is recognised as a mood enhancer and as a natural.
